Do you need access to our systems?
No. We work from what you send: a list of your tools, invoices or exports from your accounting, and where possible the per-seat usage from a tool's admin page. No logins, no integrations.
What happens to our data?
We sign an NDA if you want one. Your data is used only for your report and deleted after 12 months, or earlier on request.
For research and processing we use AI services (Anthropic Claude, Exa) under business terms: your data is not used to train models. Details are in the privacy notice.

Scan or Audit?
The Scan gives a verdict per tool from what you send. The Audit adds a conversation, reads your contracts and renewal dates and scores the impact per team. If in doubt, start with the Scan: within 30 days we credit it against an Audit.
When do we pay?
The Scan is paid online at the start. An Audit and Audit + Roadmap are invoiced after the report is delivered, payable within 14 days. All prices exclude VAT.
How exactly does the guarantee work?
The report ends with the total yearly saving, calculated with our published method. If that amount is lower than your fee, you pay nothing. It is what the report finds, not what you cancel afterwards.
What happens after the report?
You decide what to cancel. We sell no software and take no commission, so we have no stake in which tool you keep. If you want help with the order and timing, that is what Audit + Roadmap is for.
