How it works
You pay online. Then you fill in an intake: your list of paid tools and, if you have it, the usage.
We score each tool on use and overlap and give one verdict: Keep, Kill or Switch.
Within 3 business days you get the report by email, with the total yearly saving at the bottom.
Who it is for
Any company, also under 15 tools. With 20 or more and a wish for a conversation, the Audit fits better. Within 30 days we credit your Scan against an Audit.

Questions about the Scan
Do you need access to our systems?
No. We work from what you send: a list of your tools, invoices or exports from your accounting, and where possible the per-seat usage from a tool's admin page. No logins, no integrations.
What happens to our data?
We sign an NDA if you want one. Your data is used only for your report and deleted after 12 months, or earlier on request.
For research and processing we use AI services (Anthropic Claude, Exa) under business terms: your data is not used to train models. Details are in the privacy notice.
When do we pay?
The Scan is paid online at the start. An Audit and Audit + Roadmap are invoiced after the report is delivered, payable within 14 days. All prices exclude VAT.
How exactly does the guarantee work?
The report ends with the total yearly saving, calculated with our published method. If that amount is lower than your fee, you pay nothing. It is what the report finds, not what you cancel afterwards.
