Which data

Application: name, role, company, email, VAT number, billing address, number of tools, budget estimate and your description of the problem. Scan intake: your list of tools, costs and usage. Audit: invoices, exports and conversations you share with us. The Signal: your email address.

Legal basis

Applications and audits: performance of a contract or steps at your request before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The Signal: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Processors

Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (email and calendar through Workspace, file storage in Drive), Mollie (Scan payments), Dexxter (invoicing, including through Peppol), beehiiv (sending The Signal), Umami (visit statistics, EU, no cookies and no personal data), Anthropic (Claude) and Exa (research during audits). Business terms apply to Anthropic and Exa: your data is not used to train models. We never sell data.

How long

Applications that do not proceed: 6 months. Audit data: 12 months after delivery, then deleted unless you ask otherwise. Invoices: the statutory retention period. The Signal: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data. Email hello@syntho.be with "Data request" as the subject. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
