Who we are

Syntho is a trading name of Arthur Van Oudenhove, sole proprietorship, Moorselbaan 31, 9300 Aalst, Belgium. VAT BE 1015.125.586. Contact: hello@syntho.be.

Packages and prices

Scan €290, Audit €690, Audit + Roadmap €1,490. All prices are fixed and exclude VAT. What each package includes is on the pricing page at the time of your application or order.

Payment

The Scan is paid online when you order. An Audit and Audit + Roadmap are invoiced after the report is delivered, payable within 14 days.

Guarantee

If the report counts less yearly saving than your fee, you pay nothing. An Audit is invoiced after delivery, so no invoice is sent. A Scan is refunded.

It is the saving written in the report, calculated with our published method. Not what you cancel afterwards.

It requires a complete intake: every paid tool, with an invoice or export. Once per company.

The amount your fee is compared with is the total at the bottom of the report, calculated by the method on the method page. An intake is complete when every paid tool is on it, with an invoice or export. The guarantee applies once per company.

Delivery

The Scan is delivered within 3 business days, the Audit within 2 weeks and Audit + Roadmap within 3 weeks, counted from a complete intake. We schedule the Audit and Roadmap sessions together.

What we do and do not do

We give a verdict per tool and a calculation of what it returns. We sell no software, take no commission. What you cancel or keep is your decision. Syntho is not liable for the loss of features in software you cancel on the basis of our advice.

Ownership

The report is yours. The layout and scoring method of the report remain Syntho's property.

Confidentiality and data

What you share stays confidential. See the privacy notice for processors and retention. We sign an NDA on request: hello@syntho.be.

Governing law

Belgian law. The courts of the judicial district where Syntho is established have jurisdiction.
